What Happens If I Cancel My Briefcase Membership?

We understand your business needs are constantly changing and having a membership that is flexible to your life is important.

If you decide that Briefcase is no longer a fit for you and want to cancel, you will lose access to all of your Briefcase tools at the end of your current billing cycle.

Question 3

What Happens If A Product Leaves Briefcase?

In most cases, if a partner decides to leave Briefcase, they provide a written notice well in advance of us the tool being removed from Briefcase.

In these situations, as long as you activate and redeem your product on the partner site, you will not be effected by the removal. It will only make the product unavailable for new members or members who did not yet activate the tool.

To reiterate: As long as you've activated and redeemed the tool, you'll still continue to have access and use of it.

In very rare instances, a partner may decide that they no longer want to be a part of Briefcase at all. In which case we'll be sure to over-communicate with Briefcase members and ensure that they are taken care of as best we can, with a transition plan in place.

Rest assured, since founding the company, only a few tools have ever been rolled off Briefcase while we've successfully managed 50+ partner relationships, with many more on their way.

Why Shouldn't I Just Purchase These Tools On Their Own?
